Patient feedback
Share your feedback
Tell us what works well and what could be better. Compliments, comments and concerns are all welcome, and every submission is handled confidentially by the practice management team.
Ways to give feedback
Choose the option that suits you. You can share a compliment, a suggestion or a concern at any time.
Compliments
Let us know about care or service that made a positive difference to you or someone you care for.
Comments and suggestions
Share ideas that could help us improve appointments, prescriptions or the information on our website.
Concerns
If something has gone wrong, tell us so we can look into it. Formal concerns follow the NHS Scotland complaints procedure.
How we respond
What happens after you contact us
Our practice management team reviews each piece of feedback and acknowledges it in writing. Formal concerns are investigated under the NHS Scotland complaints process, with clear timescales shared at every stage.
We use what patients tell us to shape how services are run, from appointment access to the information we publish. You will never be asked to share more than you are comfortable with.
